His presence and knowledge of the home is an invaluable addition to your stay, but if you do require all nine bedrooms we do accommodate as requested.** **We have a strict no refund cancellation policy in place, however if you need to cancel and we are able to rebook some or all of your original dates, we will refund you the maid fee and the nightly rate plus 12.5% tax for those dates that were re-booked.
